About the Instructor

The Wilber-Clatonia High School is happy to have Mr. Cole Blomendahl as a student teacher in the Agricultural Education program. Cole is in his last semester at UNL and plans to become an Ag Education Instructor. Cole attended Logan View High School. Besides assisting with FFA, Cole is helping with Jr.-High Basketball and Power Drive Club.
Dennis Kenning
is the Agricultural Education Instructor at Wilber-Clatonia
Schools. He holds a masters degree from the University of Nebraska
Lincoln. He has also taught at Fairbury Public Schools and Filley
Consolidated Schools. Mr. Kenning has some 25 years of
experience in the Agricultural Teaching field. He is the FFA
Advisor for the W-C FFA, and FFA Alumni. He also sponsors the Power
Drive Club and is a Jr.-High Football Coach. Mr. Kenning is married
to his wife Donna and they have two children, Dustin who is 25 and
Danielle (Dani) who is 18. His hobbies include: raising cattle,
horse activities, football, and hunting. He also farms and has
worked as an auctioneer since 1985.
